You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Ride Booking Services
Sawari Adda provides a digital platform that enables users to connect with independent ride providers. We do not own vehicles or directly provide transportation services.
By booking a ride, you acknowledge that transportation services are provided by independent third parties, and Sawari Adda acts solely as a technology intermediary.
4. User Responsibilities & Safety
Users are responsible for verifying ride details before confirmation, arriving at pickup location on time, and ensuring respectful conduct during rides.
Sawari Adda provides safety features and verification systems, but users must exercise personal judgment and caution while using the platform.
5. Payments & Service Charges
Certain bookings may include platform service charges. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
Refund eligibility and cancellation rules are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Provide false information during registration or booking
- Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or misconduct
- Attempt fraudulent refund or chargeback claims
- Misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
Violation may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.
By using the platform, you consent to such data collection and processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sawari Adda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ride bookings, delays, cancellations, or disputes between users and ride providers.
All rides are arranged at the user's own discretion and risk.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
10. Modifications to Terms
Sawari Adda reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
