Sawari Adda is a technology platform that enables users to connect with independent ride providers. We do not provide transportation services directly. Refund eligibility depends on booking status, cancellation timing, and payment method.
Frequent cancellations may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
If a user fails to reach the pickup location within a reasonable waiting time, the booking will be marked as completed or cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
If you experience a genuine service issue (such as incorrect pickup details, major delay, or safety concern), you must report it within 48 hours of ride completion.
Refund approval is subject to internal review based on ride logs, communication records, GPS data, and payment confirmation.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Sawari Adda is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.
Submitting false refund claims, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent complaints may result in permanent suspension of the user account and legal action if necessary.
